Recently I braved some rain to meet with the lovely local family who own the Classic Crust, a new mobile catering service. They've taken a vintage 1946 Chevorlet truck and added a wood fire pizza oven and three beer taps! The design choices they've made drew my eye to them immediately. The styling is just perfect for both vintage inspired and urban modern weddings. Their pizza truck could be your main caterer or you can book them in addition as a late night dance snack at your reception! They would also make a unique choice for a rehearsal dinner. Their menu has my mouth watering with topping choices like caramelized onions and figs or for you meat eaters: spicy fennel sausage. Their beer taps showcase local area beers like Paradox Brewery and C.H Evans Brewery as well as Nine Pin Cider.
I can't wait to work with Classic Crust on my next photo shoot situated on a beautiful farm, the Kirk Estate, along with the talented team of Flower Scout and Laura Andrea Harris Photography!
And you can get a chance to check them out yourself at Nine Pin Cider's Dine'n at Nine Pin on May 14th.
